President’s Club 2006
The President’s Club was created to recognize and encourage the extraordinary contributions of top performers for a data communications networking company. This recognition honors associates who have achieved 110%, or more, of the sales goal for the previous year. The reward: a memorable trip with their spouses to an exotic destination!
The Challenge: As a new incentive program, the first impression and overall success of the event were extremely important. TMSi also knew an event in the company President’s name needed to be a reflection of his character, style and vision. Learning the client’s expectations for a first time event and creating the event within a short turnaround time were TMSi’s challenges to rise above.
The Results: The goals of the program were two-fold (1) to reward associates who have worked hard and performed well, and (2) to thank the spouses who have supported them. TMSi masterfully achieved both goals—receiving rave reviews from participants and the client. Participants all agreed: the trip was relaxing, and it was great to get away. The Client was so pleased with the results they booked TMSi’s services for the following year’s event.
