Wireless Enterprise Symposium (WES) 2006

WES is an international, world-class event where IT professionals receive the latest ideas and information to help them optimize and implement their wireless strategies. Over the last five years WES has grown from nearly 700 attendees to well over 3000 — becoming the place to obtain insight on the technologies shaping wireless solutions today.

The Challenge:

 The size of the event presented numerous challenges including site selection, hotel room block management, and the physical coordination and transportation of over 3000 people throughout the three-day symposium. The need to keep the agenda consistent with up-to-the-minute advances in technology was a perfect match with TMSi’s ability to rapidly respond and adjust the event plans.

The Results:

  Based on past years’ detailed records TMSi determined the optimum service levels to maximize efficiencies and manage WES 2006 under budget.
